“​I recently stayed at the Hotel NH Collection Roma Centro during a vacation trip, and it was a truly fantastic experience overall. The standout aspect of this hotel is undeniably the impeccable hospitality; the level of care and attention from the team deserves a full 5-star rating. ​From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The guest relations service was absolutely top-notch—professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries to ensure our holiday ran smoothly. A special mention must go to the bellboy service; they were prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful, taking care of picking up our luggage and handling it with great care, which made checking in and moving around completely stress-free. Beyond the front desk, the entire staff was consistently friendly and warm throughout our stay. ​Another major highlight was the dining. The breakfast offered at the hotel was absolutely delicious, featuring a wonderful variety of fresh, high-quality options that provided the perfect start to a busy day of sightseeing. ​In terms of convenience, the hotel boasts a perfect 5-star location. It serves as an excellent, well-connected base for exploring the city, making it incredibly easy to get around and experience the local attractions. ​While the service, location, and breakfast were absolutely stellar, the rooms themselves were a bit more modest, earning a solid 3 stars. They are comfortable and provide everything you need for a good night's rest, but they don't quite match the premium, luxurious wow-factor of the rest of the hotel's amenities and world-class service. ​That being said, the exceptional staff, wonderful guest care, and premier location easily make this a 5-star stay overall for anyone visiting on holiday. I would highly recommend it!”

“We stayed in a spacious suite for four people. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and nicely designed. The hotel is managed at a high standard. During our stay, the manager Michele was friendly and attentive, checking in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. The rest of the staff were also polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we had a very positive experience and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would consider staying here again on a future visit to Rome.”

“Perfect family stay in the best part of Rome! ​ Our family stay (5 people + a large stroller) was absolutely flawless. The hotel is located in Prati, which is easily the best neighborhood to stay in Rome ,safe, sparkling clean, and full of life with fantastic shops and local vibes. The hotel itself is excellent , the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was rich and high-quality every single morning. ​The highlight of our experience was Michele Borriello, the Guest Relations Manager. He handled all our logistics perfectly, from organizing the best private minivan transfers to securing restaurant reservations during the busy Jubilee season at Christmas. He welcomed us personally and was even there at our check-out to ensure everything was perfect. If you are traveling with kids and want zero stress, this is the place to be!”

“Great location, nice hotel, and an amazing staff! The hotel is located in Prati, very well situated and close to everything. The area is ideal and convenient. The hotel itself is fine and perfectly acceptable great for business stays, but less suited for tourism. Breakfast is okay but not exceptional. It becomes a bit repetitive if you stay more than three days. The rooms are nice but slightly old and not perfect. That said, the staff truly makes the difference: everyone is kind, warm, and welcoming, which really enhances the overall experience and makes up for the hotel’s weak points. I would recommend this hotel for business trips rather than for leisure tourism.”
